Inazugan (稲妻, Inazugan; Viz "Lightning Eye")
Inazugan is a rare mutation of the Sharingan. It was first discovered when a distant relative of the Uchiha clan developed their first stage of Sharingan and it was blue. They were immediately removed from the village and any other relatives with this mutation became rare. Somehow the strand of genes was passed on and the Inazugan survived. User's start with Raiton.
At +2 ocular development Stat
Can see electricity through solid objects
At + 3 Ocular Development stat
Increases Speed by 1
At + 4 Ocular Development stat
Increases Speed by 2
At + 5 Ocular Development stat
Increases Speed by 3
At + 6 Ocular Development stat
Increases speed by 4, can cast Ninjutsu without using hand seals.
Additionally if you get your Ocular Development stat to 8 and you have a free power slot, you can unlock Radika Inazugan giving them access to high ranking Inazugan jutsu. In order to unlock the Radika Inazugan, the user must encounter a near death experience and recover fully.

The user shoots a single straight line of electricity from their finger. The shock that the electricity gives is small and insignificant shock that give pain similar to the feeling of a very hard pinch.

Range: Close (0~5m) Mid (5~10m)

Requirements: Inazugan stage 3
The user extends their hand and releases chakra in the form of Electricity that rapidly archs though water, metal, people anything conductible within reach. Whatever is hit by the electricity is only moderately shocked similar to sticking a fork in an outlet, not exactly deadly, but damn does it hurt.
Name: Seinaru Kaminari - Holy Lightning
Classification: Ninjutsu, Kekkei Genkai
Type: Offencive
Range: Close (0~5m)
Hand seals: --
Requirements: Radika Inazugan, Lightning Nature.
The bright white lightning Seinaru Kaminari, is told in legends to be "The light from heaven" and as hot as the sun. Lightning strikes down on the target at the focus of the eye, quickly destroying whatever is caught by it.
