Ongengan
The Ongengan (literally meaning the "Sound Eye") is a doujutsu kekkei genkai that pops up here and now in the new ninja world. It was an ancient clans trait, that allows the user to see the vibrations in the world that go into your ear to cause sound. You are born with this gift at birth, and must learn to control it over time. This trait is extremely useful when attempting to track enemies down, while doing recon, and many more things in the ninja world!
Members of this clan are born with enhanced hearing.

Name: Chousu Fukuhon no Jutsu - Hearing Copy Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu, Hijutsu

Using this jutsu allows the user to copy what the target is saying and recite it to any allies on their team. They can hear anything from a close (0-5m) range or a mid (5-10m) range.
Name: Chousu Chouin no Jutsu - Hearing Sealing Technique
Classification: Fuuinjutsu, Hijutsu
Type: Supplementary

Hand seals: Rat → Dragon → Tiger
Requirements: Chousu Fukuhon no Jutsu, scroll any size.
Using this jutsu in conjunction with Chousu Fukuhon no Jutsu allows the user to copy down whatever they heard onto a scroll (small=1 seal, medium=2 seals, large=3 seals, and huge=5 seals).

Name: Kenkou Bakuha no Jutsu - Sound Blast Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu, Hijutsu
Type: Offensive
Range: Close (0-5m) - Mid (5-10m)

The user focuses chakra into their vocal cords, storing up enough chakra until it's released into a large wall of vibration that's shot where ever the user is facing to knock enemies off their feet, damage them, and dazing them.
Name: Yure Takameru no Jutsu - Vibration Boost Technique
Classification: Nintaijutsu, Hijutsu
Type: Offensive
Range: Close (0-5m)
Hand seals: Ox → Horse → Tiger → Dog
Requirements: Control 4+
Using the art of sound manipulation, the user vibrates their own molecules to increase their own speed by +1 for as long as this jutsu is intact.

Name: Ko Kenkou Bakuha no Jutsu - Great Sound Blast Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu, Hijutsu
Type: Offensive
Range: Close (0-5m) - Long (10m+)
Hand seals: --
Requirements: Control 4+
The user focuses chakra into their vocal cords, storing up enough chakra until it's released into a large wall of vibration that's shot where ever the user is facing to fling enemies far back, damage them harshly, and (if they're hit) they go deaf for +2 posts.
Name: Yure Naibu Kujo - Vibration Internal Destruction
Classification: Ninjutsu, Hijutsu
Type: Offensive

Requirements: +4 control
The user lands contact on the targets body, and uses sound manipulation to vibrate their insides and turn them to mush from the inside out. This technique is a silent kill, and is good for assassinations.
Name: Roua no Jutsu - Deaf and Dumb Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu, Hijutsu
Type: Offensive
Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m)
Hand seals: Dog → Dragon → Ox → Tiger → Hare → Ram → Bird → Snake → Monkey → Dog
Requirements: +5 control, a bell
The user focuses a mass amount of chakra into a bell of some sort and size, and releases the chakra in one tiny invisible explosion of vibrations that renders anyone, except the user, deaf in the mid (5-10m) area, that isn't somehow protected. If they have their hands over their ears they will be protected, but the jutsu still causes a great deal of harm. If you aren't expecting the attack, and don't cover your ears in any way, you are rendered deaf for the rest of the thread.
