Hikaru is a sadistic shinobi that seems to have the mind of a child and the skills of a ninja. He fights almost as if he is drunk, radically and unpredictably, making it hard for his opponents to hit him or dodge his attacks. Hikaru is a very odd person, and looks almost as if he is a joke in the shinobi world by the way he acts, but beneath the innocent and almost psychopathic personality is a heart made of pure darkness that enjoys inflicting pain and watching people die. Maybe that is why he likes to preform experiments and tests on others if he captures them. Despite his dark and gloomy-like appearance he is a fairly bright person, in an innocence that comes from idiocy way of thinking. From a young age, Shikyo has always had a close relationship with worms. Though, he never thought that it would turn out to give him so much power. He and his worms get along well, supplying them with corpses, and they supply him with battle assistance; and thus, his relationship with worms. Along with all of this information, there is one more crucial part of Hikaru's personality. He is obsessed with the idea of death, and wants it to be his own. Though, he doesn't want to die for no reason, and so he won't take his own life nor will he let someone kill him, because he believes only the worthiest of opponents will bring him to his knees!

Hikaru is a tall man, with a skinny frame, at a height of 6'1 and a total wait of 125 exp. He wears long purple robes, a hood over his head, and a bright golden and black ebony necklace around his neck and over his shoulders, the necklace itself is fairly long and hangs down all the way to the his chest. He has two seals of the Hakamorigan on his left and right palms, they appear to be skulls, which is the way all seals of the Hakamorigan appear when applied. His robes only cover the front and back of his body, leaving much of his side to to exposed, until down at the abdomen area, and leaving his arms uncovered as well. He has very pale and sickly looking skin, and at the sides of his abdomen you can see his rib cage. He has straight and flattened dark black hair which goes over one eye, along with his deep purple Hakamorigan eyes. He wears traditional ninja pants that are tied down by bandages slightly under his kneecaps, he carries his ninja equipment pouch as a satchel one shoulder and on his waist on the other side of his body, where he keeps his weapons and medical supplies. He wears open-toed ninja tabi shoes, and has black painted finger nails.

Random Fist
Random Fist is a unique style of fighting that utilizes the form of unpredictability and randomness to the users advantage. This makes them harder to hit, and it makes it much easier for them to land attacks. Users of this Hiden have other unique jutsu that help enhance the effects, damage, etc. of the Hiden. Random Fist was derived from a Taijutsu master, who had a brother that created its counterpart, the Silent Fist.

Hakamorigan (Literally meaning "Grave Keeper's Eye") is a lesser-known Dojutsu, which allows the user to see into a target and see their spiritual energy. This effectively makes them able to determine dead people from live people, as well as see the part of chakra made up of this energy, and even tell the emotions of a target. They may also determine the health of a person. All ninja with the bloodline of the Hakamorigan are born with it, though it does not truly activate till the child reaches the age of puberty, after that time, the effect is permanent and does not require chakra.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

The user engulfs themselves in a wave made out of Suiton chakra. This wave flows perfectly around the users body like a skin tight suit, and the user controls the chakra to rotate it rapidly. The user then engulfs this water in Raiton chakra to make it electric, and the user sends water chakra behind them to launch them forward at high speed. While in this state, the user can only move forward while launching forward, unless they have a high chakra control, which in that case they can move to the left and the right a little. While the user is in this wave with electricity, they won't be damaged by the electricity.

The user engulfs themselves in a wave made out of Suiton chakra, like in the Suiton: Bouseki Nami Arashi, and engulfs themselves in Raiton chakra as well. Though, instead of it taking the form of a powerful rotating wave, it takes the form of a dragon made out of water surrounded in lightning. This dragon isn't just powerful, it's also heavy which makes it great for slamming into opponents, and if this is done it causes a great deal of damage. Let along, damage of electricity, also the ripping power of rotation water. This dragon is in a constant state of rotation, causing even more damage. The user is within this dragon, so wherever it goes they follow. Also, it can only travel straight unless the user has high control, and in that case it can move left and right, but only a little bit. While the user is inside of the electric/water dragon they won't be damaged by the electricity within it.

The signature jutsu of the Ochiba clan, the Shigai Guujin technique allows the user to animate and control a single corpse to do their bidding. They can perform any type of jutsu, using the corpse as a conduit, by extending chakra from their body and into the lifeless "puppet". This chakra will take the form of a stream to the eyes of a Byakugan, Sharingan or Hakamorigan user, the stream thinning out the further the body goes from the user, with the chakra usage growing as well. The steams are vulnerable to the Juuken and the Kikaichuu of the Aburame clan.

Shigai Yakubyougami no Jutsu is a technique that mimics the gasses created when a body decomposes, with a toxic twist, and causes it to escape through every crevice of the affected corpse. This makes it near impossible to get close to the corpse without feeling the effects of the gas, which weakens the target and fills them with a nauseating feeling and thus makes a useful deterrent. However, should they continuously breath in the gas, they will start to weaken more and more.

This jutsu amplifies the users own chakra field, surrounding themselves in their own chakra in a close (0-5m) proximity. This chakra is used to sense enemy or other kinds of movement, before they are sent into action, within the field, which allows them to dodge most close ranged attacks, though long ranged attacks are much harder. While using this jutsu, the users close their eyes and dodge and weave almost as a leaf in the wind, gently and closely rolling around attacks so they don't hurt or land.

The user controls their chakra to create a scalpel like formation made out of chakra that formulates around one or both of the users hands. These "scalpels" aren't supposed to be used for combat, unless you have a high accuracy and high control. They don't do external damage, instead cutting things on the inside of the targets body, which makes it good for surgery, and if used correctly combat as well.

The user extends their own flesh onto two freshly killed corpses. This provides them two new "appendages" that take the form of normal flesh and skin that protrudes from the body towards the target with arms but no legs, and the only thing that stays the same of the original corpse is the face. The corpses are able to preform jutsu of the original body (if it's not an NPC's corpse) and if not, can use the jutsu of the user. The difference of this jutsu from the Gitenjutsu: Shigai Zankokuhidou is that this one doesn't destroy the puppets, and, by will of the user, these puppets can be removed from their body and reused for further usage.

A gruesome technique that even some Hakamorigan users look down upon, this jutsu allows the user to fuse two or more corpses into a grotesque monstrosity. The resulting monster depends on the users "creativity", and must be registered as a custom item. The atrocity regains all use of any body parts used in the mix, no matter how strange it may be, due to the jutsu, as well as the average stats (rounded up) from the bodies used in its creation. However, unlike other corpses, if completely destroyed, the atrocity is lost, and must be rebuild with new corpses, due to the method of construction it leaves it impossible for the Ochiba to reconstruct with the remains since its new form altered the original bodies beyond simple reconstruction.

Hikaru always stood out as a child, not just his odd personality, or appearance, but there was just a sickening aura that loomed around him. Obviously, the people of the village that Hikaru grew up in as a child should have heeded the warnings and killed the boy before he became dangerous. Well, they didn't, and that was the biggest and last mistake they ever made. And this is what has shaped Hikaru to be the man he is today.
Although he is deranged now, he grew up a normal child. With a loving mother, a caring father, and an older sister; a perfect life, but the ninja world is a cruel one, and nothing stays perfect forever, Hikaru was taught of this shortly after the death of his sister. He and his mother found her desecrated body one day, while out on a look out, along with the rest of the village. They had been searching for days for the monstrous people that took their daughter/sister away, and were looking to save and find her and give them the justice they deserved! Though, this never happened. They found her body, mangled and torn to bits, chunks of her flesh skin and bones were scattered everywhere. Bite marks, instead of slashes, stabs, and cuts, the daughter was eaten to death. And not just that, there were ropes tied to her arms, that were once connected to her body, and legs that showed also that she was eaten alive. The only recognizable thing left was the necklace she was wearing when she died, which Hikaru took as his own and still wears to this day. He still remembers the creatures that were crawling through her body when they found her, the worms, they are burned into his memory.
This drove poor Hikaru's mother to insanity, and she killed herself that very same night. This, and the death of his sister, it made Hikaru snap. After that, he wasn't the same, he spent most of the time "talking to himself" said his father to his drinking buddies, when in reality he was talking to the only ones that understood death like he did the worms; his father had never been such a heavy drinker, he picked it up after the twos deaths, he had never been one to abuse his child either, Hikaru guessed it was another horrible habit that he had gained from his mother and his sisters deaths. Hikaru was haunted by the horrific things he had been put through, and one day he snapped. He went of a mass murder rampage of the village that he had lived in, and the same village that part of him had died in.
He killed so many people, he couldn't count them all, but he sure did try. He made a game out of it, like it was a joke, and was half disappointed when he found out that his old childhood friend, Shouta Haruto, had the same plan for this god forsaken village and killed off half of its members, while Hikaru killed the other half. Hikaru had slain half of the village, except for one exception, his father, to which he spoke to him: "one day, father, you get stronger and you find me and avenge your friends. And when you do, remember this, you're still just a play thing of mine. Because, all I want in this world is death." And with that, he left his village and history of blood shed behind him, and now travels a path of destruction and death with the only others in the world that understand his feelings of death, Shouta and the worms.
