Noboru is a flirty guy, and is quite playful. He is extremely hyper and loves to joke around. Some people know him as the trickster, he enjoys playing pranks of all sorts on others. He enjoys flirting with all the ladies, and he thinks he is top dog. Never sitting down Noboru has to find something to do. He has an extremely short attention span and ninja training helps tend to that. Noboru can be affectionate when needed and loves animals. He especially loves his Ryouta, his best friend.

Noboru is taller standing at 6 foot and weighs around 170 lbs. The ninja's skin is tan and, his body is chiseled and muscular. The color of his hair is light brown and he has two scarlet red tattoos on his face. The teen's eyes are white because he has the byakugan. Never wearing any shirt or shoes he just wears pants and bandages. Noboru has black pants with his Hitai-ate tied around his right thigh. His pants meet his ankles and from there it is just bandages down to the beginning of his toes. Moving back up his body he has a chain around his neck.

Characters of this Hiden all have a single Ninken (Ninja Dog) which acts as a companion and ninja tool. These Ninken will have their own stats, though these do only consist of the stats of Taijutsu, Force, Speed, Physical Energy and Accuracy as well as Intelligence, and receive half of what the character gets at start up. Ninken get half of what their owner earns in threads, rounded up. All jutsu stored on the Ninken's page must be jutsu it can use alone, without any form of aid by its partner. At start up, a character may use some of their starting jutsu to give their ninken jutsu instead.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Replacement Technique

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

The Juuken Ryuu is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Keirakukei, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. Any chakra-based substance can also be destroyed by putting chakra in it with his Juuken. This is done by using the Tenketsu in one's hands to reform chakra into a needle-like shape to cut through chakra.It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively.

A modified version/mix of a Henge and a Bunshin technique, this jutsu, unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with Shikyaku no Jutsu, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the jutsu can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This jutsu is often followed by the Gatsuuga.

This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Juuken training to release a huge amount of chakra from all of the user's Tenketsu. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.

Noboru grew up in a shady part of town and this is where he lives to this day. His parents had hard time making money but they made by. Even though his mother had an animal companion and was a ninja she wasn't very skilled. The little money she made as a genin wasn't enough. Noboru's father worked on the markets selling fruits but they weren't up to par with the other vendors. When Noboru was born his parents immediately noticed he had the byakugan. They assumed he must of gotten it from a past ancestry line. From then on his mother knew Noboru would be a more successful ninja then she was.

His parents would always exclaim that he had the byakugan and that he was amazing. Sooner or later he got his dog Ryouta at the age of about 13. Not having him for long they spent most of their time together. Training harder and harder Noboru vowed to become a better ninja than his mom and prosper in life. Becoming a genin was a huge turning point in his life, he finally realized he could start making real money. Yet Noboru isn't the best yet he will soon become strong.....

Ryouta is soft and caring, yet he will die for his owner. The dog will fight anyone in Noboru's way no matter how strong. He tends to be quite sleepy though. Usually he lays on Noboru's head and sleeps. The animal has his burst of energy though and once asked to do something he does it. If Noboru is ready to fight Ryouta will get ready also, within an instant he is ready to fight. Ryouta stays in-sync with Noboru and sticks by his side.
