Akimoto is shy, remorseless, and a loner.  He sees friends as host for him to leech off of for happiness.  He enjoys and respects his friends ,but he sees those steps as necessary to retain them.  Akimoto even took up Suiton to put out the fires of his friends to who have Katon. He tends to come off as very considerate. He puts on a smile and show ,but on the inside he's as hollow as his intentions.

The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye") is a Doujutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in the descendants of the Uchiha clan. The Sharingan is not automatically activated in the user by birth. It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition after which the Sharingan may be used freely. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe (巴) around the central pupil, varying between users. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, evolves it further which involves gaining more tomoe, up to a maximum of three per eye. As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities. Below are the different levels of Sharingan.

Sharingan can be activated at any point. However, activating the Sharingan, at any point, requires the user to be in a stressful situation. For each stage one jutsu can be copied. If you activate the Sharingan at a later state, the number of copies will be the same as a character who started with the initial and worked their way up. Ex. A character activating their Sharingan in it's third stage(with two tomoe in each eye), will be able to copy three jutsu.

If the enhanced Accuracy given by the Sharingan brings the user's accuracy up on a higher number than their opponent's speed, add the difference to the user's speed, due to increased reaction time. Each level of Sharingan requires a specific amount of Ocular Development.



Additionally, characters who perform a thread (Single or Group) in which they fall under emotional stress and have an Ocular Development stat of 8, as well as a free Power Slot, will unlock Mangekyou Sharingan. This sharingan may have almost any shape you can imagine and allows for new jutsu to be used, as well as a new element: Enton, or Blaze Release.

Shikotsumyaku (屍骨脈; Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse") is a kekkei genkai which gives its wielder the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure (their osteoblasts and osteoclasts). By infusing their calcium with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Kage Bunshin except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

This technique allows the user to flow Chidori through their sword . This makes it nearly unblockable as the radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to go stiff, making it impossible for the opponent to move.

Using this jutsu, the user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. They then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so they doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. The user is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing them to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

This technique allows the user to literally split their own body into two identical yet entirely independent duplicates of himself. Unlike Clone Techniques that only appear to be similar, the ability is instead a physical separation and so does not require hand seals to activate, making it faster in comparison as a result. This also means that even if one is incapacitated, the other remains completely unaffected and as neither can truly be regarded as the original, the duplicates cannot be dispelled like normal clones. However, while split, the user's power is halved and as such they is unable to use more complex techniques.

This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces, This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user.

To perform this dance, the user grows several long bone blades from their body for use as weapons. Akimoto was born in the Imperial City. His father was a laborer he would sell his strength to the highest bidder and construct what they requested.  His mother was a hunter.  She would sell the meats she gathered at her stall in the city.  Although both of his parents were strong and skillful. At a young age Shinichi showed no such attributes.  and his parents ignored him for it in an effort to avoid losing face by having a skill less child.

As a teenager Akimoto was sent to the Ninja Academy, because that was the best way to get him out his parents home.  While in school Akimoto wanted to become the opposite of his parents, to encourage who he could. Akimoto was soon know as the nicest person in the academy. Many students would come to him for comfort and friendship, but that all changed when he developed the sharingan. Everyone he knew or would know came to hate him out of jealousy.  What friends he had left he leeched off of for happiness.

Akimoto would be as kind as he could to what he had left, buying them gifts, helping them practice, and even carrying out there duties for them. He needed them, he wanted them, he required them to like him.  He was like a leech sucking off of his friends happiness to sustain his own.  His kindness was eventual appreciated by higher ups and he was brought up to the rank of Jonin.

As Jonin, Akimoto was proud enough of himself to present his progress to his family.  He returned to his parents home, and found nothing, his father and mother were gone ,and the house was completely empty.  Determined to prove his worthiness he packed what few things he owned and left the imperial city to search for them.
