Shinseina Tensuu (Approved)

This technique allows the user to get tattoo that buffs them in some way. The tattoo must be applied with a jutsu, to apply a tattoo it takes two post. The user can start with tattoos but if they want anymore they need to apply them. There will be a set of handseals to apply the tattoo your body, but other than that the jutsu itself will require no handseals. You can only have one marking activated at once, when activated the tattoo will glow bright red. All tattoos are only red, white, and black. Any tattoo's power for ex: the bats coming out of the hand can be canceled and just give you the buff.

Name: Tensuu No Sono Koumori - Mark of the Bat
Classification: Offensive
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: (0m-5m) (5m-10m) 
Hand seals: None(To use the jutsu)/ Rat → Bird(To apply the tattoo on to your body)
Requirements: None

This marking is on the users right palm. When activated it gives the user +1 speed, also it allows the user to shoot a fury of bats out of their palm. The bats swarm the target until the user deactivates the marking, once deactivated the bats burst into ink.

Name: Tensuu No Sono Hebi - Mark of the Snake
Classification: Offensive
Type: Ninjutsu

Hand seals: None(To use the jutsu)/ Snake → Monkey(To apply the tattoo on to your body)
Requirements: None

This marking is on the users left wrist. It gives the user +1 Accuracy, this also allows the ability to launch two snakes from your palm that wrap around the target binding them. The snakes also bite the target, once deactivated the snakes burst into ink.

Name: Tensuu No Sono Saru - Mark of the Monkey

Hand seals: None(To use the jutsu)/ Monkey→ Bird(To apply the tattoo on to your body)
Requirements: None

This marking is on the users right shoulder, it is the Japanese symbol for monkey. It gives them + 2 Power and - 1 control. Next this causes a tail to appear on their tailbone, this tail can hold weapons and attack.

Name: Tensuu No Sono Ushi - Mark of the Ram

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: (0m-5m) (5-10) 
Hand seals: None(To use the jutsu)/Snake → Boar → Ram(To apply the tattoo on to your body)
Requirements: None

This marking is on the users left shoulder, it is the Japanese symbol ram. It gives the user + 2 Force and - 1 accuracy. Next this attack lets two rams come by your side and run at the target. Once the rams hit they cause a great deal of pain and burst into ink.

This marking is on the bottom of the users right foot, it is a bird. It gives the user + 2 Accuracy and - 1 speed. Next this lets a bird spawn under you and allows you to fly into the air.

This marking is on the users back, and spans from their lower back to their upper. It gives the user +2 Force/+1 Speed/+2 power and - 2 control. This causes a huge dragon to come from the user's back and can be controlled to attack the opponents.
