Kosei is not a tricky man. He dislikes the way the world has become and believes that he can change it for the better. Thus, he doesn't enjoy people who believe the world is the best it has ever been. He strives to achieve the best he can and doesn't tire trying to perfect himself. He not only intensely trains his body but also his mind and jutsu, hoping to become the strongest he can. He sees complacency as a trait that only the perfect can possess and he doesn't deem anyone perfect until he has fought them. Additionally, mindless destruction and mayhem are acts that Kosei finds sickening and will act in kind. Kosei Teppeki does not care for confined spaces and prefers to be on the open road, where he has room to manoeuver his Jutsu. Kosei also actively tracks down ninja with certain traits, seeing them as impurities that should never have existed in the first place.

Kosei Teppeki would not stand out in a crowd, which actually works to his advantage sometimes. His eyes are a steely blue with only the faintest bolt of yellow running through them. He considers the eyes a gift, as they bear striking resemblance to his hero. His hair is a light brown and often comes to rest on his forehead, obscuring it. His height is unremarkable and likes it that way. His build shows definite signs of muscle and would attract a few glances, but normally his clothes obscur any signs of bulk. His clothes consist of a large tan jacket, a brown undershirt, long blue cargo pants and typical ninja sandals. The jacket and pants have numerous concealed pockets which can contain tools, but mostly contain the Iron sand needed for his jutsu. While the exact amount of sand might be small, Kosei uses these to extract more sand from the ground. The jacket is too large for his frame and often appears to be a cape when viewed from behind. The sleeves also cover all of Kosei's forearms, leaving him with only his hands visible.

Once the person has been magnetised, the user can manipulate the magnetic field in such a manner as to make any subsequent attack using a metallic weapon almost impossible to evade.

This technique gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defences with one hit.
Because the weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools.

This technique uses Iron Sand to create a large stream of spiked needles that can be controlled by the user. The user first gathers sand in front of an outstretched hand and compresses it greatly. Then the user switches the magnets polarity causing it spread in a desired direction. In order to change the direction mid-jutsu, the polarity would have to be adjusted accordingly, which could result in a delayed reaction time. While the sand travels, branching spikes jut out at random intervals, impaling anyone who avoided the initial needle strike.
This technique can be improved my dual-wileding the Jutsu in both hands. This will consume the users concentration greatly but can essentially trap the target. The speed at which the sand travels is reliant on the user, as is the size.

This technique uses Iron Sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user first creates two masses of Iron Sand of opposing magnetic fields and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the Iron Sand across a vast area.
The Iron Sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the Iron Sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person.

Kosei Teppeki was raised on the outskirts of the ancient Hidden Sand Village. Even though that sysyem was abolished some time ago, his parents still taught him the way of old. They told him of ancient rivalries and distrust, of comradeship and village pride. But most of all they told him of the battles between blood lines and their unique jutsu. Everyday his parents would tell a new story of clan battles, always glorifying how proficient and skilled each user was at their craft. Sometimes the stories wold stretch on for hours at a time, full of twists and turns and an eventual winner. Kosei would always listen intentively with a smile on his face, imagining the scenario in his head. His parents would never let him travel too far from his house, for fear that he would meet an 'impure one'. Kosei was terrified of them, his parents would tell stories of ninja that were able to use other clans secret jutsu and upset the natural balance. They would tell of their unimaginable cruelty and the way they polluted the earth with their very existence. His parents would curse at how polluted the ancient families blood has become and took great pride in their pure heritage. They held an ancient Kazekage in great honour, singing his praises and even named Kosei after him.
After 10 years of stories, Kosei was ready to make a story of his own. Under his parents tutelage, he increased his skill with Jiton, taking joy in the fact that he was slowly becoming like the heroes in the stories. He practiced his moves on the deserted buildings near his own, aiming to take them down with as few moves as possible. He levelled them with broad sweeps of his hands and with targeted assaults on weak supports. He enjoyed seeing the buildings collapse and the plume of dust that followed. After each demolition he would make a special pose and picture himself squaring off against a rival ninja. Soon he experimented with his fighting style, some moves he tried while sprinting, some perfectly still and some from a great height. He found new utility for each jutsu everytime he trained and loved seeing combos of his favourite techniques.
On his 16th birthday he was given a set of combat clothes which his parents ensured would serve him well. Kosei had no idea what they meant by that but they had tears in their eyes. Kosei took little notice, passing it off as a parent thing. He was also given a variety of tools, which he assumed were handcrafted by his father, and a backpack. Kosei still didn't understand the meaning of the presents but accepted them happily. When he got into his room he put on all his gear, looked at his reflection and liked what he saw. He could imagine a great fire billowing behind him and his opponent on the ground defeated. he finally looked like the heroes he had come to love. He rushed back to where his parents were but only found a note.

Kosei clawed his way out of the rubble that was once his home. He pushed aside the remains of the ceiling and coughed up dust. He crawled out of the heap and took several deep breaths. His heart was racing and his head wouldn't stop pounding. He groaned and checked himself for injuries and remarkably found none. His clothes seemed to have absorbed the blows and protected him. He got to his feet and stared at the smoldering remains of his home. His eyes glazed over as he processed what happened. He read a note. His parents weren't home. His house exploded. He didn't know where his parents were. With this realisation he sharpened up and gathered sand into a cloud at his feet and jumped on. He had to find them.
After hours of searching, Kosei gave up. He couldn't find them. His parents were missing, probably dead. Kosei slumped to the ground defeated, shoving his head into the sand. A tear slid down his face as he choked back a sob. His parents who have raised, nurtured and educated him were gone. A thousand memories flashed through his head and his sob turned to a grimace. A thousand possibilities rushed through his head and then he remembered the note. The mixbloods... of course. His breathing accelerated as he felt his anger rise. He raised his fist and held it there for what felt like hours. Then he shouted viciously and slammed his fist down. Immeaditily after a huge wave of Iron sand rose from the ground and hovered above him. Without looking, he stood up and made a downward gesture with his hands. The sand obeyed and flew into his clothes, filling up the spaces in his clothes. He took the remaining sand and formed another cloud. Stepping on it he made 2 vows. To find out who did this and make them pay. And secondly, kill all mixbloods.

This technique gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defences with one hit.
Because the weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools.

This technique uses Iron Sand to create a large stream of spiked needles that can be controlled by the user. The user first gathers sand in front of an outstretched hand and compresses it greatly. Then the user switches the magnets polarity causing it spread in a desired direction. In order to change the direction mid-jutsu, the polarity would have to be adjusted accordingly, which could result in a delayed reaction time. While the sand travels, branching spikes jut out at random intervals, impaling anyone who avoided the initial needle strike.
This technique can be improved my dual-wileding the Jutsu in both hands. This will consume the users concentration greatly but can essentially trap the target. The speed at which the sand travels is reliant on the user, as is the size.

This technique uses Iron Sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user first creates two masses of Iron Sand of opposing magnetic fields and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the Iron Sand across a vast area.
The Iron Sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the Iron Sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person.

Kosei Teppeki was raised on the outskirts of the ancient Hidden Sand Village. Even though that sysyem was abolished some time ago, his parents still taught him the way of old. They told him of ancient rivalries and distrust, of comradeship and village pride. But most of all they told him of the battles between blood lines and their unique jutsu. Everyday his parents would tell a new story of clan battles, always glorifying how proficient and skilled each user was at their craft. Sometimes the stories wold stretch on for hours at a time, full of twists and turns and an eventual winner. Kosei would always listen intentively with a smile on his face, imagining the scenario in his head. His parents would never let him travel too far from his house, for fear that he would meet an 'impure one'. Kosei was terrified of them, his parents would tell stories of ninja that were able to use other clans secret jutsu and upset the natural balance. They would tell of their unimaginable cruelty and the way they polluted the earth with their very existence. His parents would curse at how polluted the ancient families blood has become and took great pride in their pure heritage. They held an ancient Kazekage in great honour, singing his praises and even named Kosei after him.
After 10 years of stories, Kosei was ready to make a story of his own. Under his parents tutelage, he increased his skill with Jiton, taking joy in the fact that he was slowly becoming like the heroes in the stories. He practiced his moves on the deserted buildings near his own, aiming to take them down with as few moves as possible. He levelled them with broad sweeps of his hands and with targeted assaults on weak supports. He enjoyed seeing the buildings collapse and the plume of dust that followed. After each demolition he would make a special pose and picture himself squaring off against a rival ninja. Soon he experimented with his fighting style, some moves he tried while sprinting, some perfectly still and some from a great height. He found new utility for each jutsu everytime he trained and loved seeing combos of his favourite techniques.
On his 16th birthday he was given a set of combat clothes which his parents ensured would serve him well. Kosei had no idea what they meant by that but they had tears in their eyes. Kosei took little notice, passing it off as a parent thing. He was also given a variety of tools, which he assumed were handcrafted by his father, and a backpack. Kosei still didn't understand the meaning of the presents but accepted them happily. When he got into his room he put on all his gear, looked at his reflection and liked what he saw. He could imagine a great fire billowing behind him and his opponent on the ground defeated. he finally looked like the heroes he had come to love. He rushed back to where his parents were but only found a note.

It was then the house exploded.
Kosei clawed his way out of the rubble that was once his home. He pushed aside the remains of the ceiling and coughed up dust. He crawled out of the heap and took several deep breaths. His heart was racing and his head wouldn't stop pounding. He groaned and checked himself for injuries and remarkably found none. His clothes seemed to have absorbed the blows and protected him. He got to his feet and stared at the smoldering remains of his home. His eyes glazed over as he processed what happened. He read a note. His parents weren't home. His house exploded. He didn't know where his parents were. With this realisation he sharpened up and gathered sand into a cloud at his feet and jumped on. He had to find them.
After hours of searching, Kosei gave up. He couldn't find them. His parents were missing, probably dead. Kosei slumped to the ground defeated, shoving his head into the sand. A tear slid down his face as he choked back a sob. His parents who have raised, nurtured and educated him were gone. A thousand memories flashed through his head and his sob turned to a grimace. A thousand possibilities rushed through his head and then he remembered the note. The mixbloods... of course. His breathing accelerated as he felt his anger rise. He raised his fist and held it there for what felt like hours. Then he shouted viciously and slammed his fist down. Immeaditily after a huge wave of Iron sand rose from the ground and hovered above him. Without looking, he stood up and made a downward gesture with his hands. The sand obeyed and flew into his clothes, filling up the spaces in his clothes. He took the remaining sand and formed another cloud. Stepping on it he made 2 vows. To find out who did this and make them pay. And secondly, kill all mixbloods.
