Idou Itsuki is a very cold person. He doesn't see a reason in anything to happen, and he doesn't really care either way. Dead or alive, he doesn't care, and so he doesn't fear or respect death, he just doesn't care about it. There are some things that Itsuki cares a little about, like some friends and loved ones. He studies many different forms of science, anatomy, medicine, neurology, etc. He has read almost every medical book imaginable, and so he knows the human body like the back of his hand, which comes extremely handy with his Saibougan and his extreme accuracy. Itsuki doesn't care about formalities, and he throws around profanity like it's nothing.

Itsuki has a stern and intimidating look to him. He stands at a tall height of 5'10, with a lean build, not too skinny but not too bulky. He wears over sized, loose clothing, with long up-pointed spiked and wavy green hair. He wears a mix of greyish black and white colors to compliment his orange-yellowish eyes. He wears a medical pouch around his waste along with holsters for ninja tools and his own personal weapons to pull the entire outfit together. He has a tattoo of the Saibougan image (top of the Saibougan in kekkei genkai or registration) on the black of the left side of his neck where is connects to his shoulder..

Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton) is an advanced nature kekkei Touta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a scalpel, an incision is made into the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin then draws out the agent, while simultaneously repairing the damage it caused.

After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine, which can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis and incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.

Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances. It is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. The poison's ability to kill is tremendous, just breathing in a small amount will mean the end of the targets life. As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu.

Similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu , this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

Using Chakra Flow, this technique requires a bladed weapon; by feeding chakra into the weapon, the ninja will increase the length and density of his blade to strike an enemy from several feet out of the physical blade's range. This is accomplished by creating an invisible extension of chakra that shapes into an edge that functions like the normal blade itself.

Seeing the blade, the opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike and thereby still be cut even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. This technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind chakra for offensive cutting power.

Cell Fuukokkan Houin is a sealing jutsu meant to seal cell structure knowledge gained through the Saibou Henka jutsu into scrolls for later reuse. After copying a cell structure, the user will form the necessary seals and place their palm on a scroll, after which a special seal mark will be placed on it that can only be understood by users of Saibou Henka. Small scrolls may have one seal; medium two; large three and huge may hold five seals.

The user releases a large amount of lava from their mouth, which spreads into a broad, thin sheet as it travels through the air. Since it is shot upwards in an arc so as to descend onto the targets from above, it prevents the intended individuals from jumping up to avoid the attack. A great deal of smoke is created afterwards by the effects of the lava, so should the targets still be alive, a follow-up attack can be conducted while their vision remains obscured.

Saiboubuki Henka: Tsurugi requires the user to be able to change the cell structure of their body. Changing the cell structure in one or both of their arms, the user will be able to morph their arm into a blade-like form. By then adding an increased amount of Carbon atoms, the blade will grow to be of a diamond-like hardness, taking on a darkened coloration, capable of doing great damage, and even parry normal blades.

Saibou Juyou is a nightmarish jutsu where the user will break down the entire cell structure of the opponent, before absorbing them into themselves. This has several uses; getting rid of bodies, healing injuries by using the excess cells to regenerate, and even obtain fragments of the victims memories, which can be effective when searching for information. It is very hard to use in direct combat, however.

The user envelops their entire body in a coating of lava that enhances the damage of their physical attacks. In addition to the offensive damage the armour can inflict, it can also be used for defensive purposes, as it acts as a deterrent towards those who wish to attack the user physically.

Naibu Gekimetsu is a dangerous cell based jutsu where the user makes use of their knowledge of manipulating cells. First, the user will project their chakra into the opponents body through touch, before using it to forcefully cause the opponents molecules to collapse upon themselves, causing great internal damage. If used directly on an organ, such as the heart, the technique could easily kill off the opponent by causing the organ to implode.

Saibou Henka is a very unique form of jutsu that allows the user to fully become another living being, down to a cellular level, allowing them to even make use of the person's physical traits(the enhanced smell of an Inuzuka for example). With this knowledge, the user can then completely change their form into a complete copy of the being. While transformed, not even the nose of an Inuzuka or the Byakugan can distinguish the Shinobi from the original.

When Itsuki was born, in the Uchiha Clan, his eyes glowed an odd color, orange. His parents called a doctor quickly, and found something about their son, that his parents were carriers of an ancient clan called the Idou who had a powerful doujutsu called the Saibougan. He grew up differently than his older brother, while he was spending time with the family, Itsuki was training hard and learning from an advanced teacher. By the time his older brother was graduating to Chuunin Rank, Itsuki was already a Tokubetsu Jounin.

Most people could see the jealousy in his eyes. Apparently, Itsuki loved his brother so much that it never occurred to him. His parents were treating him differently, better even, he'd been rewarded left and right for his achievements, while his older brother was living in his shadow. The only thing his brother excelled in was Genjutsu, but Itsuki was better at him at everything besides that! Back then, Itsuki was happy about everything, and he loved everything and everyone, before he saw the harshness of the world. One day, while he was sleeping, Itsuki heard a noise like a tanto being unsheathed, and Itsuki quickly reacted with a swift scissor kick in the direction of the noise. Who ever this person that was trying to harm Itsuki was, they weren't fast and they were wearing a mask so that he couldn't see their face, they got kicked across the face by Itsuki's scissor kick.

The person reacted with a stab from their tanto, but Itsuki dodged it with ease, grabbed his Hakahori on the mantle above his bed, and quickly landed behind the intruder, who he then stabbed through the heart, using his Saibougan to hit the organ directly. Blood gushed every where. Itsuki went to take the mask off, but with his Saibougan he could already see the persons face, and he started crying. He had just killed his mother who was trying to kill him, she had an odd red glow in her eyes though, she was different. Before he could take in all of this, another, heavier person came from behind and cut Itsuki's arm, who wasn't fast enough to dodge that attack, and shoved him over with extreme force.

Itsuki turned to see his father, with red eyes, the same that his mother had while she tried to kill Itsuki. He still didn't put all the pieces together, but his father slashed his large katana at Itsuki so he couldn't think about it too much. He dodged the attack, and fought his father for as long as he could without doing fatal injuries, but he couldn't hold out much longer. Itsuki was then pressed into a life or death situation. Pushed into the corner of his room, his father jumped up and stabbed downward with his katana, Itsuki had to either kill his father or die. He was forced to do it, he killed his father.

Itsuki fell onto his knees, and cried, when he heard another noise, and looked up to see his brother with wicked eyes, but they weren't red. "You killed mother and father! How, I knew you were skilled, but not that skilled! You rendered my jutsu useless, you scum! You should never have been born, now you killed MY parents, and made me lose chakra for no reason!" said his brother, "what do you mean...?" and then Itsuki finally put it together. His brother had placed a genjutsu on his parents to try and kill him, "BUT WHY BROTHER!" Itsuki said, his voice full of rage, and his eyes glowing a violent orange and he rose from the ground with his black blade, Hakahori in his hand. "I was always living in your shadow little brother, well now you'll be living in the shadows, OF HELL!" he charged Itsuki, but Itsuki was too skilled to be taken under by a weak opponent like his brother, and cut him in half with ease. A thunder storm started outside, and Itsuki fell to his knees again, but this time he didn't cry. He spent the entire night there, with his orange eyes shaking and wide.

When the police came to his house, he explained everything, and he was put in an orphanage, where all he did was train. He trained, not to protect anyone, or to be strong, he trained to past the time, he genuinely didn't care about anything anymore. His heart was now as black as his blade, the only thing left from his past beside memories. Eventually, at a certain age, he became a skilled Jounin and left the orphanage to make his own path of grey.
