Genkaku is very open about herself. If you ask the right questions. Leaving nothing hidden up her sleeve she tells people exactly what she thinks of them regardless of any political fallout. To her subjects especially unless she is asked a direct question she likes to tell half truths and never reveal  her hand. Unusual in her ways Genkaku's leadership is always in question. Most believe her 15 year old self can't be the Kage of a village at such a young age and there a quite a deal of her subjects believe they are all under a Genjutsu.

As seen above Genkaku has long black hair and grey eyes. A small stature combined with a baby face give away her age. For most formal occasions she wears a dress. the dress has white sleeves and a darker part around her chest. The lower part is darker at the top and flows into a brilliant white. On her feet she wears ninja tabi. Her combat outfit is in fact worn underneath this dress and is completely black and tight fitting. The outfit is a one piece outfit with singlet straps and ends on her thigh.

The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye") is a Doujutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in the descendants of the Uchiha clan. The Sharingan is not automatically activated in the user by birth. It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition after which the Sharingan may be used freely. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe (巴) around the central pupil, varying between users. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, evolves it further which involves gaining more tomoe, up to a maximum of three per eye. As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities. Below are the different levels of Sharingan.



Sharingan can be activated at any point. However, activating the Sharingan, at any point, requires the user to be in a stressful situation. For each stage one jutsu can be copied. If you activate the Sharingan at a later state, the number of copies will be the same as a character who started with the initial and worked their way up. Ex. A character activating their Sharingan in it's third stage(with two tomoe in each eye), will be able to copy three jutsu.



If the enhanced Accuracy given by the Sharingan brings the user's accuracy up on a higher number than their opponent's speed, add the difference to the user's speed, due to increased reaction time. Each level of Sharingan requires a specific amount of Ocular Development.

Ice Release (氷遁, Hyouton) is the advanced nature kekkei genkai that combine wind and water-based chakra to create and manipulate ice, forming it into various structures. When the user releases their chakra, the surrounding vicinity becomes cold enough to cause snow to fall.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Replacement Technique

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

This jutsu allows the user to seal a nearby fire into a scroll. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal (封)

Similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu , this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.



Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

Name: Hyouton: Makyou Hyoushou - Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors

Using their kekkei genkai, thye user can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. The user can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about they can bombard the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world appear to be moving in slow motion compared to them. If the mirror the user is in is broken, they can leap out of one of the fragments and continue their attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so the user's movement becomes progressively slower the longer they maintains the mirrors.


Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to at least low level fire techniques

This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.

This Genjutsu starts off with the target being unconscious. Whether because they were knocked out or if they were sleeping. The user is able to project an image of themselves into the mind of the target. This jutsu has many uses be it from subtly controlling the person after they awake to looking through their memories or breaking the mind from the inside. This jutsu is difficult to maintain and requires a great deal of concentration. After the projection is made initially however the user is able to enter their mind a lot easier. This makes genjutsu easier to use on the target and can be done with less concentration.

This jutsu requires the user to not have any other genjutsu active. The user first casts the genjutsu which makes the user appear to become covered in ice. If the target sees this happen then the rest of the Genjutsu unfolds. The user then appears to break apart. After the user appears to die the target is left with the impact of their death. The target will then be greeted by their loved ones and friends congratulations. After this the friends and loved ones turn on the target and attempt to kill them. If they succeed the target is left with a huge sense of betrayal and pain as they walk off laughing and celebrating the target is dead. The target passes out due to their grief.

The opponent is caught in the mind world created by the user, and the victim will be tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, completely taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals the great use this technique has for primarily torture and such.

The target is completely robbed of their mobility as they see the mirage of a tree coiling itself around them. Given that the subject remains conscious, this jutsu proves extremely efficient for information-gathering. Once the target is immobile, the user can then attack the enemy.

The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them, and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique which sends it right back to its caster deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.

A genjutsu which exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, stealing all light away. A world of darkness, as if a thick, jet-black curtain had been dropped. No matter how skilled someone is, they have no option besides turning into sitting ducks. This effect allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. In essence, the opponent can sense, hear and smell out the user of the technique and break its effects by landing one hit.

This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. Name: Shi no hansha -Reflection of death

The user jumps backwards creating a mirror of pure ice in front of them. The target then sees the mirror and as such sees their reflection. As they watch the reflection reachs up and breaks it's own neck. The target has the painful realization as they realize it's a reflection and that they just killed themselves. If this jutsu is successful the target dies. After all if the mind is dead then so is the body.

Hansha, Genkaku was with a lot of promise. Not only was the ability to use the ancient art of Hyouton she also later discovered her Sharingan at the age of 10. During her youth however she was also found to be extremely adept at manipulating people. At the age of 8 she had managed to convince the local florist to give her money every day. The scam was eventually discovered by her parents and she was heavily scolded by her father. Her mother however saw the potential and introduced her capable daughter to Genjutsu.

In just two years her mother had taught her many things to the point where she was on the same level as herself. During an attack on their house by some rogue shinobi Genkaku discovered her mother using genjutsu on one of the strangers. The stranger had been about to attack her mother but was stopped by an illusion. The illusion caused the man to leave the building silently and walk up to Genkaku's father and kill him from behind. The ordeal unlocked the girl's latent Uchiha blood and gave rise to the Sharingan. Using her new found power and filled with anger Genkaku screamed before attacking her mother.

The attack distracted her mother long enough for her to break her hold on the rogue shinobi and for them to witness the fight. The mother and daughter stood motionless staring at each other's eyes. With the sharingan on her side and the hurt building Genkaku overcame her mother and forced her to the ground. The rogue shinobi laughed as they closed in on Genkaku. Genkaku's mother woke with a start before killing the attackers and fleeing before Genkaku could do anything to try and stop her. 


After the ordeal Genkaku trained extensively hoping to gain enough strength to find her mother. She became so adept at using Genjutsu she managed to create a whole bunch of new ones based around her Hyouton. Many feared her as the Siren of Ice mainly due to her age and lethality. At age 15 she was shocked to learn that her name was in contention for the spot of Kage. She was extremely strong and after much controversy Genkaku was given a chance. Both her and the other ninja to be considered were pit against each other in a friendly spar.


The elders watched the match however they were highly stunned to watch as no action was to be scene. The two stood facing off against each other completely still. Genkaku waited for a few minutes in complete stillness before releasing her opponent from her net of Genjutsu. The other consideration collapsed and was unconscious for 6 hours. After the medics finally managed to wake him up he told tales of the horrors she had made him seen. He withdrew his wish to be the Kage and ever since has been both loyal and fearful of his Kage.
